Merry Christmas to everyone who celebrates! If you followed AmyBites at this time last year, you’ll remember that I made a cookbook of the best AmyBites recipes from 2011. I had so much fun that I had to do it again this year! This year’s book features 20 recipes that were most commented, tweeted, pinned, liked, and loved this year—and my favorites, too.

And, also like last year, there’s a giveaway! There will be 2 grand prize winners who will receive a printed copy of the cookbook and a $50 Williams-Sonoma gift card each. The giveaway is open through January 1st, so you have a week to enter via the Rafflecopter widget below. You must leave a comment on this entry sharing your favorite holiday food to enter, but there are also optional ways to earn more entries: like the brand new AmyBites Facebook page, follow me on Twitter, or tweet about the giveaway to multiply your entries. Good luck!

When the giveaway ends, I’ll be offering the cookbook as a downloadable e-book, and for the first time this year, I’ll also offer printed books for purchase! Stay tuned for more information next week. Happy Holidays!

My favorite AmyBites recipes has to be the turkey chili. It is fantastic, super easy to make, and it tastes better and better with each reheating. We double the recipe all the time!

Every year we make Ris A La Mande on Christmas Eve. We aren’t danish, but some dear friends introduced it to us twenty years ago and its everyone’s favorite tradition.

My family always makes this dessert called “Cranberry Ice” – its not quite a slushie and it’s not quite a sorbet. But its this delicious frozen cranberry dessert that we think came from one of my grandma’s Weight Watchers books from the 70′s. Either way, it’s one of those family things I know I won’t be getting elsewhere!
